The valedictory function of ​“Hybrid Mode International Fashion Hackathon 2021- ​‘Realistic Modern Smart Fashion for the Future-2025’ (BHAVISYA NAVYA CHATUR VASTRA VASTAVAM) 22 November- 10 Dec 2021 is organised by Department of Fashion Design, FAD, M.S.Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences on 10^th December 2021. 

The event began with the invocation song, followed by Ramaiah Anthem and lightning of lamp. The chief guests invited for this International Fashion Hackathon 2021 were Shri Suresh Kumar A, Joint director, Dept. of Handlooms and Textiles, Bangalore division, and Shri M. V Sagar General Manager, HR, Texport Industries Pvt Ltd and Shri B. R Yogesh, Deputy Director, Dept. of Handlooms and Textiles, Bangalore Urban as Guest of Honour for the event. Program began with welcome address by Dr. Mamatha G Hegde, Head, Dept. of Fashion Design, FAD, during the welcome she highlighted on importance of organising this Hackathon. Hackathon opening remarks was done by Prof. Govind R Kadambi, Pro Vice Chancellor- Research, RUAS and all the participants were addressed by the chief guests. International and National Jury members gave feedback about the competitions. Award declaration and handing over of prizes in hybrid mode was done by the all the dignitaries. Mr Lohit H. S, Associate Dean, Faculty of Art and Design received the souvenir and certificates of all Judges on behalf of them. Dance and fashion show added glamour to the event. Ramaiah University Vice chancellor Prof. Kuldeep K. Raina delivered presidential address. Ms. Nagaveni K did the Master of ceremony and Mr Goutham N announced the award winner and Ms Aslesha Bhargava thanked all for participation. Programme ended with National Anthem.
